As the branches become bare
Switch heaven and earth

Matted paper stained
Split grass bleeding onto it
Bits of heart parchment

All too different
Pushing time onto — grazed blank
Can it be captured

Branches sprout sculptures
Fingers arcing out into sky
Reaching beacon point

Against lighted yellow ground
Pressing down unto
